Tiffany Lambac| Administrative Support Lead

I work behind the scenes to make things a little easier for our clinicians, our team, and the families we serve, whether that's improving processes, answering questions, or making sure nothing falls through the cracks. With a degree in Psychology and a background as a Guidance Facilitator and Psychology Instructor, I've spent the past decade building a career around helping people, and supporting mental health professionals means I get to play a small part in helping children and families receive the care they deserve.

Mental health has always been personal to me. As a mom to two amazing daughters, including one on the autism spectrum, and the daughter of a mother who lived with schizoaffective disorder, I've seen firsthand how life-changing compassionate support can be. Outside of work, I'm married to my very patient husband, love making memories with our girls, and enjoy exploring new technology, organizing just about anything, and karaoke (even though karaoke hasn't quite learned to love me back).

“I believe kindness is never wasted and that listening is one of the greatest gifts we can give another person.”

I enjoy supporting both our families and providers by helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. Whether I'm coordinating appointments, answering questions, or assisting with the evaluation process, my goal is to make each family's experience as seamless and welcoming as possible.

Fun Fact: I've always had a special place in my heart for children and genuinely enjoy caring for them. Outside of work, I've recently discovered a love for gardening, and I always look forward to Sundays because they mean uninterrupted time with my family.

"I believe the best support comes from kindness, reliability, and always being ready to lend a helping hand."
