WHAT WE PROVIDE
Our in-depth testing helps provide answers for children and parents. It uncovers strengths as well as challenges leading to real solutions.
We diagnose autism when appropriate so your child can receive more support and accommodations inside and outside school.
We want your child to get the best care and support available, so we provide recommendations for the most impactful services, therapies, and interventions.
Getting an accurate diagnosis is an important step, but we don’t stop there. As a trusted Autism testing facility, we help you understand your child and how autism affects their learning, what interventions are recommended, and how to navigate the educational system to get the services that will help your child the most.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR CHILD’S EVALUATION
Let’s discuss whether an autism assessment is the right fit or whether a more comprehensive psycho-educational evaluation will provide the information you need to get the best support for your child.
Our assessment depends on your child’s age. Typically, it involves asking your child questions, observing their behavior, and interviewing parents and other adults, such as teachers who spend time with your child.
We provide a comprehensive report within two weeks of completing testing. We’ll schedule a time for a thorough review of the information with you and answer any questions you may have.
We create a path forward for your child with recommendations to our community’s highest-quality, trusted providers so they can get the best support as quickly as possible.
We can help you determine whether an Autism assessment is appropriate or if our more comprehensive Psycho-Educational Testing with Autism testing is a better fit to get the answers you need.
Call, text, or fill out the contact form below to discuss scheduling the test.Â
This type of assessment is typically offered by practices that are considered out-of-network providers. We will provide a Superbill with CPT codes that are often reimbursed to some extent for this service. You can then check with your insurance company to see whether they will cover part or all of the assessment.
Please see our Billing & Insurance page for additional information.
Testing is typically one 2-hour appointment with your child and a 2-hour in-depth interview with parents only.
We recommend telling them that they will meet a friendly teacher to do some activities and that we’ll ask them some questions.
Parents will be included in all testing for toddlers and young children. Your clinician will give you more information on whether you will be included in the testing session. Please feel free to inquire; we understand every situation is different.
Our comprehensive report will be ready for you within two weeks of completing all testing and interviews.
We meet to review it together, answer questions, and provide helpful recommendations for therapies, professionals to follow up with, and community resources.
Jana was highly referred to me by another industry professional as the perfect fit for my son’s assessment. From the moment I reached out to Jana, she was kind, caring, understanding, and really wanted to help us get to the bottom of my son’s learning abilities. My son absolutely loved her. She was easy to talk to, made him very comfortable, and he was willing to work hard and put in the time to get the results that our entire family had been searching for. She has been such a blessing to us, and we spent so many years with unanswered questions that she was able to solve, identify, and give us strategies to move forward. And as if her thorough assessment wasn’t enough, she worked with us endlessly to find the perfect support person to help guide us and put the results into strategies that would work for him to be successful today and in the future. We are so thankful we found Jana, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who wants their questions answered.

We were lucky to find Jana Parker and highly recommend her. She was warm, gracious, and didn’t patronize our teen (which a surprising number of professionals do). Her evaluation was quite thorough. Her report provided more than a diagnosis but also resources for us as a family. Months after her report was finished, I called her when I needed guidance, and she was incredibly helpful. Jana’s fees are on average with other providers (perhaps lower than most), and worth every dollar. If you need someone who understands what you’re going through and will walk with you through your child’s diagnosis and next steps, Jana is the person to call.

Jana Parker was fantastic through the entire process. She was great in making our kid feel comfortable, very prompt and clear in answering our questions on the process, and provided thoughtful and helpful suggestions. We really appreciated all the efforts she took to help and would highly recommend her to anyone.
