We were lucky to find Jana Parker and highly recommend her. She was warm, gracious, and didn’t patronize our teen (which a surprising number of professionals do). Her evaluation was quite thorough. Her report provided more than a diagnosis but also resources for us as a family. Months after her report was finished, I called her when I needed guidance, and she was incredibly helpful. Jana’s fees are on average with other providers (perhaps lower than most), and worth every dollar. If you need someone who understands what you're going through and will walk with you through your child’s diagnosis and next steps, Jana is the person to call.

Jana recently evaluated my six-year-old son, who we suspected of having dyslexia and ADHD. It was a pleasure working with her! She was great with my son. Right off the bat, she made him feel comfortable. She was very attentive to his needs — giving him breaks and stopping for the day when she saw he could no longer give his best. He had no complaints about returning for a second day of testing, so I know she made it fun too. Jana’s report was very thorough, and she took the time to clearly explain her findings and my son’s diagnoses to me. Importantly, she connected us with specialists to get my son the help he needs. Even after completing her report, she has continued to support us by offering to speak with those specialists and by always responding promptly to my emails as new questions arise. I highly recommend Jana!
